It has been a while since we have written about any new musical favorites but I came across these guys recently and was into them instantly. Vampire Weekend are out of New York and play a unique brand of pop rock. They have a very polished and distinctive style that sounds like a tropical version of The Libertines. Check out their music if you get a chance.
