Stuff White People Like E-mail
Sunday, 24 February 2008
I am white. So are many of my friends. I know what we act like between the ages 18-35, that is, if we've ever left home for college, work, or to travel. We act superior in some way to those who didn't share our experience. We are assholes for this, and can't understand why people aren't forever impressed by the story we tell about the one time we went to Nepal and taught English to some Buddhist Monks for two weeks (I'm not even going to address how much English they learned during those two weeks). Great job to whoever made this website called Stuff White People Like to call us out and our supposed cultural superiorty. It's a well-deserved kick in the ass. I'd consider calling myself Mexican to make up for it, but no one would believe me.
