Preppy fashion brand Trovata is suing Forever 21 for copying designs. This is nothing new for the cheap retailer, who has faced similar suits as of late from many labels including Diane von Furstenberg, Anna Sui, Gwen Stefani's Harajuku Lovers, Bebe and Anthropologie. Trovata, however, is the first menswear brand to come forward with copyright infringement accusations. The suit alleges that Forever 21 nearly duplicated Trovata's 'grammatically quirky' care instructions as well as their signature mismatched, multicolored buttons.
