Opening Ceremony Pea Coat Sweater E-mail
Tuesday, 29 January 2008
Anything double breasted has been big this season, even extending into knits. The cardigans are tough to pull off because most of them only have four buttons which fall right around the gut, which makes them unflattering. It also misses the whole point of making anything double breasted in the first place, which is to adorn yourself with a shitload of beautiful buttons. This Pea Coat Sweater by New York fashion label Opening Ceremony is a very modest piece that does it the way it should be done. The buttons extend higher and the colorway is subtle yet interesting with the contrasting collar. Get it at tobi.com.
