Bling needs to stop beating around the bush. That is why we love the Ingot Necklace from Giles & Brother by Philip Crangi. A single gold brick engraved with "24K" hangs from the gold plated bead chain. Keep it raw kids. source: activeendeavors.com |

Ranking high on the list of worthless but cool items is this leather matchbook cover from Jack Spade. Keeping the language primitive, it is branded with Jack Spade's name on the inside strap and "FIRE" on the outside in green. I would venture to say that this conversation piece is worth the $10 pricetag at jackspade.com. |

This creative cuff was designed by Italian company Toy Me for their upcoming accessories collection. The coolest part about this piece is the fact that the scissors are actually functional, maybe not for cutting, but they do open and close depending on how you want to wear it. Check them out at toyme.it. source: notcot.org |

From small messenger satchels to large totes, their use of waxed cotton for the bodies means no one will have to skin a cow for you to get your hands on this. This ingenious design was created by Jason Linde, an architect turned furniture designer based in D.C. Beautiful in its simplicity, the stationary arm on the clock marks the hour on the rotating number wheel. He also offers two wheeled models which move independently of each other to note the minute and the hour. Available at jasonlinde.com. |

Inspired by the vintage designs of Louis Vuitton and Hermes, Marc Marmel set out to fill an overlooked niche in the luggage market. The worn cracked leather exterior gives each piece an aged look and will make you comfortable checking these bags at the gate without worry of damage. The interior of each bag is lined with a colorful silk in contrast to the rough exterior leather. Available at Bergdorf Goodman in NYC and Maxfield in LA, the collection still has very limited distribution. Start getting some street cred on the tarmac with a set of luggage that looks like it has been to Saint Tropez and back more than a few times. See more at marcmarmel.com. |

This is just the thing we need to restore the corroded moral fibers of our society. An icon, a beacon of hope to look towards in troubled times. With the assistance of cheap bourbon and Marlboro Reds, Tom Waits is the man for the job. A bracelet to show your allegiance? Put it on your chest if you mean it. These tees are available in heather grey, raspberry, evergreen and orange for $20 on etsy.com. |
